Reservations can be made through our website, by email at info@gorilla-trekking-safari.com, or by calling us at +256-771 204207 / +256-701 334481. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the start of your safari.
Cancellations made 30 days before the safari start date will receive a full refund, minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made 15–29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the safari are non-refundable.

Payment for your safari can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other available methods upon request. The full balance must be cleared before the safari begins to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
All safaris and tours are subject to our Terms and Conditions, available upon request. By booking with Gorilla Pathfinders, you agree to adhere to these terms, which cover liability, conduct, and other essential aspects of your travel.
We request that all guests follow respectful practices while on tour, particularly around local communities and wildlife. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your safari without refund.
