A 30% deposit is required to confirm any booking with Gorilla Pathfinders. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the safari. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card, as specified at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the safari start date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the safari are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
Gorilla Pathfinders takes all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our guests. However, it is the responsibility of the traveler to consult with their physician and ensure they have received appropriate vaccinations before traveling. We are not liable for any illness, injury, or incident that may occur during the safari.
While our team prioritizes safe and ethical wildlife interactions, wild animals can be unpredictable. Gorilla Pathfinders cannot be held responsible for any injury or incident that occurs during wildlife encounters. Guests are required to follow all guidelines provided by their tour guides to minimize risks.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. Insurance should cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss or damage of personal property. Gorilla Pathfinders is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the trip.
Gorilla Pathfinders reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, wildlife movement, or safety concerns. If changes are necessary, we will make every effort to maintain the quality and experience of the tour.
Gorilla Pathfinders is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used only for the purpose of booking and fulfilling your safari experience. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards wildlife, local communities, and fellow travelers. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the safari without a refund. Gorilla Pathfinders reserves the right to remove guests from the tour if their behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.
By booking a safari with Gorilla Pathfinders, guests acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk. Gorilla Pathfinders, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from participation in our tours.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in accordance with Ugandan law.
By confirming a booking with Gorilla Pathfinders, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the guest to review these terms before completing a booking.
