After a brief introduction to the tour, we will transfer you to Lake Manayara National Park for a game drive while carrying a picnic lunch box. Once we finish the game drive, we will take you to your accommodation to relax and stay overnight. Our partner lodge, Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge, is one of the most comfortable and luxurious lodges, guaranteeing relaxation and beautiful aesthetics.
Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its legendary tree-climbing lions, which hide among the branches of the trees, and numerous colonies of baboons that populate the forest and will accompany you along the road from the moment you enter the park. In addition, you will see a vast number of bird species, like flamingoes, and look out for hippos in the soda lake!
After breakfast, you depart for Serengeti National Park for a beautiful game drive and enjoy lunch at a suitable place inside the park. We will continue the game drive activity in the afternoon before reaching the lodge.
Serengeti National Park is well-known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. However, be ready to see resident predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions fulfilling their role in the circle of life.
The great migration is the most significant movement of wildebeest, zebra, and other herbivores gathering for calving season. The best time to visit and encounter wildebeest giving birth is from mid-December to early April every year.
After the game drives, we will drive to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
You wake up early and enjoy an exhilarating game drive in Serengeti National Park before you depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the afternoon. Your accommodation for the night is on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater.
Early the following morning, you will descend the crater and see various wildlife living in the caldera. Wildlife are more active in the morning than the rest of the day due to the temperature increasing during the day.
After breakfast, you will descend the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Once you finish the game drive, our representative will transfer you to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight. Drop-off at the airport marks the end of the safari.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and a natural wonder of Africa. Inside the crater, you will see spectacular landscapes while looking for the Big Five (lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard, and black rhino) and flamingoes on the crater lakes. Among Uganda's gorilla trekking safari experiences, booking a trek to visit the Nyakagezi family in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park follows its own distinct logistics shaped by the family's unique cross-border movement, the park's smaller size, and a booking process that, while broadly similar to Bwindi's, carries a few important differences worth understanding before you commit your dates and your deposit. Here is exactly how to book the Nyakagezi gorilla trek, step by step.

Every now and then a destination becomes so famous that people start questioning whether it can possibly live up to its own reputation. Serengeti National Park is one of those places. You have seen the photographs, watched the documentaries, read the articles, and somewhere in the back of your mind a small but persistent voice is asking whether the reality can genuinely match the legend. Whether all those wildebeest, all those lion prides, all that extraordinary golden savannah stretching to the horizon is truly as breathtaking in person as it looks on a screen. The short answer is yes. The longer answer is that the Serengeti does not just live up to its reputation it quietly exceeds it in ways that no photograph or documentary has ever managed to fully capture, and here is exactly why.
